Do you have feature to send Bulk SMS such as the twilio app ?
@Noah, you could install the Twilio SMS Communications pack on the App Market and adapt it to use the Plivo API instead. Twilio SMS Communications

@bill, if I want to be able to use several phone numbers is there a way to do it inside the pack or should I just create different workspaces and add the pack to each workspace?
@bill, also I am stuck on how will I be able to make and receive calls with my plivo account inside podio? Is there an app for it? I dont want to pay for another phone system if I can run it through plivo. I appreciate your help
@noah - the Twilio pack supports the multiple phone number scenario quite nicely. As for making and receiving phone calls using Plivo, I'm guessing that you could do it similarly to how CallRail can be done (see the video at the bottom of this Help Centre article: https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017468820). If you haven't already, you will also want to take a look at smrtPhone for Podio - your number on Plivo could be ported to smrtPhone if you'd like to.

@bill, are there many step to adapt it to use PLIVO or just adding the ID and TOKEN? I did that and tested the bulk and single sms inside the contacts and I am getting errors.
@Noah - you'll need to 1. replace the API call to Twilio with an API call to Plivo, and 2. set up a webhook flow with Plivo that triggers when messages come in.
@noah - when you asked about about "multiple phone numbers" did you mean multiple phone numbers for the contacts, or multiple Plivo/Twilio phone numbers? (I had assumed the former but now realize I may have misunderstood you)
@bill yes you are correct multiple numbers for Plivo/Twilio. I am just going to stick with Twilio and use the current flows. I couldn't figure out plivo. I found an android app to make calls and send sms with twilio too :) Thanks for your help.

@Noah - You can definitely connect multiple Twilio numbers inside of Podio. If you start with the "Twilio SMS Communications" app pack, supporting multiple numbers would just require some additional programming to make it work like you want.
@bill are you available to help me set this up? I tested the broadcast and sms from podio yesterday and worked, today I added a second twilio number then it wouldn't send out for my first number... I am also now having difficulty forwarding my calls inside Twilio to my cell. Let me know if you can help me please. Thank you
