Under the GDPR, reasonable requests for access to information held about a data subject require a response within one month. If the request is "burdensome" or complex, the response period can be extended for up to two months further.
Responses to valid requests for access should conform to the requirements in Article 15(1) and (2). The controller must provide the data subject access to information free of charge, unless the requests are excessive or complex. The information should be provided in a commonly used electronic form."
