Could I add(attach) quantity to each product?
Because there could be more than one products in an order(or say sale) usually.
For example, I selected 'A' as my first product and it has 2,
while I selected 'B' as my second product and it has 3.
*So the total quantity is 5.
Thank you.
I am wondering the same thing.
On another level, our analysis may cost one amount for a small client and another amount for a larger client due to amount of data. Is there any way to add multiple products at different quantities and different prices for a complete order?
For example, Client A bought:
10 widgets @ $40,
20 gizmos @ $13 and
5 Whatchamacallits @ $65.
The total order amount to bill is $985.
I've experimented with relationships but it tends to get messy with the order having a relationship field AND "related" items that are duplicates. Maybe it would help if the "related" section was removed if the order already has an existing relationship with that other app?
@Jing & Jarrod Yes you can add it in the quantity as a field in the app, or set up an app for quantity with the costs indicated within the item.
So eg. Gizmos: 1 Giz, 2 Giz, 3 Giz and so on. Each item can then have info such as the total unit price and additional required information and this can then be referenced in other apps also when assembling and calculating total sum.
