The Broadcasts app is where you can configure text messages to be sent to multiple contacts at once (up to 999). You can use merge variables in the broadcast message, such as [[firstname]] [[lastname]] and [[company]] so that the message will be personalized based on the value of those fields in the Contacts item.
Broadcasts can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date/time. Future scheduled broadcasts can be updated as well, either to change the message content or the date/time of the broadcast.

Are you able to offer the same app using Plivo?
Do broadcast messages all go out at the same time, or are they spaced out so as not to trigger carrier blocking?
They will all go out at the same time (in sequence, so there may be a second or so in between sends). If you need to space things out you'll need to create multiple broadcasts, or customize the PWA flows in a way that spaces them out.
Anyway to customize the shortcode on the broadcast app to add the property address?
Add merge variables.
@Jonathan, yes you can do this by updating the flow "2-0 Send Text Message with Twilio" on the Messages app. If you look at the flow, you'll see where the [[firstname]] and [[lastname]] variables are programmed already. You can update this section of the flow to include other merge variables as you wish. (Presuming of course you've added this to your Contacts App already)
