Can we add question into this app and then have the answers in a Dropdown box, e.g. to select the hotel group we are booking?

How are time zones handled? When I live in Europe and invite someone from USA to the meeting? Will that person see the time in their own timezone (like Google Calendar) or the time that I set for myself?
As long as you have both set your time-zone correctly, your colleague will see the time in their own timezone.
To check your time-zone settings click "my account" and go to "account settings" to make sure that your time-zone is set right and have your boss do the same.

How can I make it a recurring/weekly meeting? There is an icon that is required, but I can't locate it on the standard "meetings" app. Thank you.
Hi Kris, when a meeting is saved when a time, you can mouse over the date field to set it as repeating - here is a guide: https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019688-Repeating-events
So, is this done in the "event" area instead of the "meeting area? Is there a difference? When I tried to set up a meeting, the symbol didn't appear. I will try this in the "event" app, if there is one. Thank you for your help! ??

I've set a Meeting, which is reoccurring. However, future Meeting don't appear in the Calendar until after the last Meeting is complete. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of Meeting Requests and Calendars?
