W4, W9, I-9 Form Processing and Data Gathering

This App Pack is used with HelloWorks, a platform from Dropbox that enables document workflows to be digitized and streamlined. It includes both the Podio Apps and workflow automation that makes it makes it easy to process common paperwork for employees and contractors. Whenever you need a W9, W4, or I-9 filled out, you no longer need to email the person and ask them to print, ink sign, scan/upload, and email back. You can instead just use the "W9 Forms", "I-9 Forms", and W4 Forms" Podio Apps. You simply create a new App item, click the button "Send [form] to contact with HelloWorks." The recipient(s) will receive an email and can fill out the form easily from their mobile device or computer in a much more streamlined fashion. No more "print, sign, scan, and email back" headaches!

The completed document will be attached to the Podio App item. In addition, the data from the form will be captured in discrete fields within Podio--thereby capturing that data for use with additional workflows or for transferring to a different system. For example, the payroll instructions captured in a W-4 form can be transferred to a payroll system without any additional manual work.
