How can i also make autotask in my app? :)
If you click Modify app you can add one in the Tasks section of the App Builder.
Great app. Was referencing the leads module in communications -- is there a way to have it show the person's name instead of the company? Thanks
Hi Scott, again the answer will be to modify the app (click on wrench icon next to app name and choose Modify app) to make it fit your need: https://help.podio.com/entries/21658282-modifying-an-app
I download the pack but and added a listing but I can't make my listing show in the same format they have it on their screenshot, which is what I wanted. What am I missing?
Hey! The screenshots are showing an old design of Podio. That is not possible to see anymore. Here is the layouts you can see your app in today: https://help.podio.com/entries/22194943-App-layouts
I see. so all the links between the apps (link to the broker page) can't be replicated either?
Sure, use the app reference for this: https://help.podio.com/entries/21683251-app-references
Thx. I'll look into that. BTW, is it possible to make a hot link directly from the table view so I don't have to click on the record to open the side view and just then be able to click on the link (for both external and internal links)?
You can use "e" to go to full edit screen fast :) Learn about shortcuts here: https://help.podio.com/entries/21861286-Keyboard-Shortcuts
that's a little slower than just clicking on the side view to go to a link. why not making links "hot" from every view so one doesn't need to waste time going into a record just to click a link?
It is a good idea but we don't have any current plans to support it :) You can add a request for it here: https://help.podio.com/forums/21262162-Feature-Requests - make sure to describe why it will be useful for your case.
Thx. I'll do that. Podio is the best! and I know you're working on more great stuff. I just can't get enough, want more so I'll be able to sell it to my co-workers and move the entire business to Podio.
Happy to hear! :)
Is it possible to create a lead and make podio look in the listings and link the ones that match the demand in the lead? I would make a field "minimum surface" in the lead for that.
You can create a filter to get the leads in the list that meet the requirements you set up?
It will very much depend on how you structure the app to work :)
Here's how you create filter and reports:

Hi Sara - Relating to @Loic's question, I didn't find the Filters or Reports a solution to sort of "Lookup" a specific field data from one app (e.g. Type of Property or Neighborhood from Leads App) and find relevant items in another app (e.g. specific properties from Listings App).
This is exactly what I'm trying to figure out these days for my wife's Real-Estate brokerage business. Is there any way to combine filter parameters from 2 apps into 1 view? Or any other way to perform such a "lookup"?
After I figure out how to do that, I will try to automate it: when ever a new Lead/Contact is entered into Podio, an automatic view will be created with matching Listings for the Listings app...
Thanks!
Amir
We're looking into adding views/filter option to the relationship field in the future, this might be what you need :) Stay tuned via blog.podio.com for updates!
It may be a solution.
Thumbs up for your quick reply!
Has there ever been any update to the solution to this question: Is there any way to combine filter parameters from 2 apps into 1 view? Or any other way to perform such a "lookup"?

Hi Roberta, should be possible via the developers API: https://developers.podio.com/ - you might need a Podio partner to help you build this:
P-Leads form
Can't add any contacts. Not sure how this works.
ITS POSSIBLE INTEGRATE WITH MLS SERVICES REAL STATE?
