Hi Anders - thanks for your message. Apologies for the confusion at my end - I'm very much only just looking under the hood re Podio and assessing its suitability for my company. At relatively first glance it's looking fantastic for us... My colleague and I will be investigating further in due course but we like what we see. We have been "trying" to use WorkETC.com - trying being the optimum word - it seems that Podio could be everything that worketc does, but easier, and more obviously. And apps, like yours , right on hand. very VERY interesting.
I know the feeling of getting a peek of what Podio can do. What kind of business do you run?

I like what I see so far. Very nice and simple.
Quick question : I have an app with two date fields :
* One a calculated date field to indicate "Created On"
* the other,a "deadline" field.
I would like to use the calculated date as a start date, but I get this error : Invalid date in Start Date for item - xxx of app - yyy.
Your thoughts? Could this just be about the format of my outputed date?

Super cool stuff, Can I customize the color scheme?, especially to denote the completed. Also would like to see the % calculated instead of manually being selected.
Hi Chella, We are working on the color scheme customization at the moment. % can be calculated. Simply use a Podio calculation field on the project level, that average the completion of deliverables.
Does this have to be used with certain apps? I have a 'Campaign' app which is my parent and then 'content' 'webinars' & 'events' which are my deliverable. The Gantt chart I have built looks like only milestones, and I need to show items over a time period. What do I need to change?
Anders, do you have a users Podio Workspace?
Hi Jane, if your items only have a start date mapped or if the date on the items are set with the same start date and end date, then they will be shown as milestones. If you have start date X and end date X+1day, then you will get a bar.
David, at the moment we do not have a Podio Workspace as a user group, but we are considering starting one later in the spring.

What should I do to use the Gantt chart within my podio? I can't see any option after I download this pack.

I added this pack, but really, I just want to use the SmartGannt. Can I remove the other apps other then the SmartGannt??
Hi Chris, SmartGannt takes data from the Podio apps, so you need the project and deliverable apps to make it work! If you don't need the apps like meetings or contacts you can easily just remove them (click wrench icon next to app name, then select delete or archive: https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019598-Deleting-an-app)

I tried nearly 50 times to make a proper chart, it is not happening all , waste of time and money. Really feeling frustrated.
